I'm getting an error when I try and open a Glow circular

You're logged in with your ACC Office 365 account. Log out (or open a guest window in Chrome) and log in with you Glow credentials.

To open a guest window in Chrome click on your profile picture in the top right of your browser and choose "Guest Window".
