SEEMiS Click+Go - who can access?

A person who is not an Aberdeen City Council employee MUST NOT have any access to SEEMiS Click+Go unless a data sharing agreement between the external organisation and Aberdeen City Council is in place. These signed data sharing agreements MUST be held by ACC and be on the Information Sharing Protocol (ISP) Register before access can be given, to comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) regulations . There are already data sharing agreements with NHS and Skills Development Scotland (SDS), logged on the ISP Register, therefore NHS Grampian staff and SDS staff are covered by the existing protocols. Therefore, any person (with the exception of Aberdeen City Council, NHS Grampian or SDS employees) currently setup with access to SEEMiS Click+Go, must have their access removed with immediate effect. Requests for access to SEEMiS Click+Go MUST have a Data Protection Impact Assessment carried out first, to assess the need.
